PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
REGISTRATION ON THE WAITING LIST
Sherwood, a société par actions simplifiée with a capital of €1 670 921,61, whose registered office is located at 21, Place de la République - 75003 Paris (hereinafter "BLING") acts as the data controller within the meaning of Article 4.7 of the RGPD, for personal data, their integrity, security and privacy in accordance with the applicable regulations.
This notice is written in compliance with the Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, amended by Law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004 and by Law n°2018-493 of June 20, 2018 (the "Data Protection Act") and, the Directive of July 12, 2002 amended by Directive 2009/136/EC (the "ePrivacy Directive") and, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data (the "GDPR"), and any national transposition text or subsequent text that succeeds them (together the "Applicable Regulations").
Outside of BLING, your data will be shared with subcontractors, entities belonging or not to BLING, who perform technical services (e.g. data hosting). These contractors may only act on our instructions and on our behalf and may not use the data for any other purpose.
The data you provide when registering on the waiting list will be processed solely for the following purposes
- Sending marketing emails in connection with new products offered by BLING
3.2.Legal basis
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the GDPR), the legal basis for the processing is:
Article 6 (1) f: legitimate interest: to promote our product and attract new customers (e.g. business development).

The data is collected directly from the person who registers to the waiting list.

The processing does not involve automated decision-making.

The recipients of the data are:
- BLING and more specifically the marketing department
- Our possible subcontractors in the context of sending marketing communications (e.g. customer relationship management software).
5.2. Data transfers outside the EU
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
BLING will retain the email until the person unsubscribes.
BLING implements the necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in accordance with the texts and recommendations of the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
All of our employees and service providers are required to respect the security and protection of your data.
You can access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, oppose the processing of this data, have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data.
You also have the right to formulate specific and general directives concerning the conservation, erasure and communication of your data post-mortem.
The communication of specific post-mortem directives and the exercise of these rights can be made by sending a letter by post or e-mail to the addresses indicated below. Requests regarding the disposition of post-mortem data must be accompanied by a copy of an identification document in order to be processed.
